For several days I could not log into this blog and I thought it was lost to me. I had resigned to begin a new but found myself reluctant to begin the new design process. So here I am again with the intention to write about what is coming up in these most difficult times. I may also be joined by Alex McFerron. Our previous intention was to write about meditation. So we begin.
