Yoga Nidra helps us connect to our authentic selves through Awarness. Body Sensing encourages us to relax deeply. Yoga Nidra decreases anxiety and depression. Come for Divine Rest & Radical Acceptance. For April the readings will feature The Art of Pilgrimage: The Radiant Sutras Translated by Lorin Roche, PhD. Each session begins with a reading, then Yoga Nidra, a brief sharing and to closes with the same reading. Three chimes and then we depart, feeling renewed and relaxed and hopefully inspired. This offering is donation based. Scholarships are available as well.
