During individual sessions, Elaine explores change and the consequences for change. She has been working with individuals for over 40 years. Trained in Structural Family Therapy, she is a systems thinker. She believes in deep listening with compassion, creating safe space. She meets you where you are with what you bring. She is direct and straightforward. Elaine beleives in the power of the everyday sacred.
